Hey guys, hope everyone is pumped!
I've just joined (obviously) a bit about myself in a nutshell (i'll try not to be too boring). I'm 30, 5" 9, 80kg and been training 10 years or so.
I worked hard for years, gym 4/5 days a week, ate really clean and generally did everything i could to maintain the body i wanted.....then....about 3 years ago i was walking back from the pub (could lie and say gym but it was def the pub) and i got fucking run over by a hit and run. I woke up in the ambulance with my legs at funny angles and not much feeling. I was full of morphine but it turned out i had two smashed up legs, a smashed up pelvis and a fractured back.
Anyway nearly a year in hospital and a year in rehab later i am nearly fully recovered. I was told i would probably not walk properly again but i did and i have been back training for 6 months, although my muscles atrophied terribly. Which has led me on this journey...
Anyhoo, sorry for the life story, i could use some information on diet/training/supps etc if anyone fancies a chat.
