everytime I get free to come around.........shit, life keeps throwing me a fast ball........I have everything caught up now...........how the hell is everyone doing??? still doing the MMA stuff Lewi? I am just getting back into training again..............thanks to our gov'nmt their isn't a product out there that I can find that is worth a shit!!! Anyone here found something that actually half way works? I hate pissing my money away on shit...........I already have to put up with a ton of it now lmfao!! holidays are fine here on my end. Kids are grown so its not as fun.

I haven't trained in a week. Did something to my knee and cant roll on it.
Doc says its muscle or nerve don't worry about it. Nurse i know says it sounds like a torn muscle or tendon
both say there is nothing i can do except wait for it to heal
pisses me off

i look flat, feel small, need to get back to working out

yea, I feel the same way .lol I am weighing in at 225lbs and feel like a punny piece of shit lol but, I will climb back up to the top someday.......working on it right now.......if I could ever find myself a suitable training partner........life would be better......job wise, going just great there......never had a better job........I really missed stopping by here.

yea, I feel like one.............I really wish I had the life alot of pros have ........just concentrate on training and make money with little effort lol yea, right.........holding down a job working 8-10 hrs a day and having the energy for a good workout is very hard.........would be much better if they would actually have supplements that work out there that are legal.............
