I've found that drinking 3 - 4 cups of Green Tea helps me to lose weight quicker than usual as it inhibits the bodies ability to store fat and raises your resting metabolic rate.

Follow these tips for easy weight loss.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods

This thread is very "ground floor" for weight loss.
The exercise and controlled diet shouldn't come as a surprise to ANY person that trains regularly.
Having forsaken the GH or Ephedrine route to fat loss I have found Tim Ferris's book to be very helpful.
He cites 4 aids to fat loss
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Garlic
Green Tea
Polycosinol (sp?)
Also involve as many "whole body" movem,ents into your gym routine. Cleans, Snatch, Squats, thrusters are all great.
These movements should be done with less weight than you use to "grow" your muscles but should be performed using less weight-more reps at end of a weight training session to spike your metabolism.
Just my thoughts.....give it a go and see if it also works for you.
