      killer back workout right now

      So its a good day for my back, I decided to do barbell rows but to support my back I am using a preacher bench to push my forehead against as I bend over. Then lifting the bar to my chest and back down.

      This takes so much stress off lower back supporting my body and has allowed me to isolate my upper back muscles in a very sweet way.

      Right onto lat pulls now...

      I'll be back

      Gave my back a good thrashing and just on my last set for biceps now doing preacher curls.

      Fuck I am rocking hard core now. My workouts are killers.

      Getting back in the swing then mate.

      BO rows on the bench sound good too...been getting a bit of gip from my back recently.

      Nothing like a good back workout. I think its the hardest bodypart to feel being worked but when you do... Yeah Buddy!

      they had a nice row machine at the gym thats like what you said, bent over rows, but seated, and had a pad in your chest for support, you could go monster heavy on that thing, loved it
      would even do one arm at a time sometimes for better range of motion, to really roll the shoulder blade back

      In fact I have not much information about killer back workout and the basic techniques of the workout. Any one can guide me fr the killer back workout?

    The only way i feel like i can get a good workout on barbell rows is if i grip bar with palms facing away from body and pull into the waist.
