Injury - Pulled an abdominal muscle rolling

      Pulled an abdominal muscle rolling
again with the pulling muscles, i have pulled both sides of my groin, both hamstrings and now an ab.
and yes i warm up and stratch before i work out
hell i started showing up a half hour early just to make sure i am fully warm

man, your abs fire when you do anything at all
sitting, standing, walking, turning, raising my arm hell even breathing hurts this damn thing

      and it wont fucking heal
did it week ago Thursday so its been 10 days now
It is finally not hurting every time i move but till catches all the time and feels like someone is stabbing me in the heart

there is a seminar in October, think i am going to just lay off the full speed rolling until then
I really do not want to be injured during that seminar
