30-60 min just depends on many factors.
Roughly an hour, give or take ten minutes.
30 mins....tend to take short breaks between sets. Gets the job done mind you, but still feel like a lazy shit lol
50 minutes - 1 hour.
When I am off cycle, even when taking longer breaks between sets, I will feel pretty beat at the 45 minute mark.
On certain gear (like tren), I won't get tired at all during the session, and limit myself to 1 hour, even though I feel I can do more.
This is just from trial and error, if I go over that 1 hour mark, I will overtrain.
I train with weights EOD, just for nervous system recovery.
continually 30 mint are enough for work out. take start from lowest level and increase in the passage of time. chose the easiest type of work out which are matching with you body type. do not use hard lifting because it create harmful for you health...

specially morning walk, swimming and yoga is best way to stay healthy and fit ...
these exercises are the best way to reduce weight and fat also ...
