      Give these a try

I have been training slightly differently for the past few months. I have pretty much always followed low volume and frequency. So in order to shake things up both have been increased. It took me a good few weeks to adapt and was almost dying for the first few weeks but am definitely getting stronger, leaner, fitter and growing.

a couple of the more evil ones......

leg press 5 sets of 30 reps 60 seconds rest between sets...pick a weight you can just get 30 reps with. I start with 200kg and keep dropping down to allow you to get the 30 each set

giant set dead lifts..... 3 mini sets no rest between mini sets...set up 3 bars

mini set 1 6-8 reps standing on a four inch block
mini set 2 10 -12 reps same weight as first set pull from floor
mini set 3 12 reps + pull in rack mid shin same weight as previous sets

      Do 3 giant sets

      see how you get on

Try 6 x 6 straight leg deads. no rest between sets, 10lb a side each set .
    eg

    set 1
    100lb x 6

    set 2
    120 x 6

    set 3
    140 x 6

    set 4
    160 x 6

    set 5
    180 x 6

    set 6
    200 x 6

If you're flexible use a wide grip. Keep the bar running up your leg all the way. head up & arched back.
