Ok I tried this for the first time ever last week and bloody hell its a lot harder than it looks..

i strarted with 60k on the bar thinking it would be fairly easy by rep 8 ( aiming for 12 ) I was all over the place...the dead lift part was simple enough and i can press much more on standing overhead press for reps

Its the bit in-between or rather making it one fluid motion I seem to be struggling with felt like my shoulders and arms where getting pulled out of the sockets and swinging all over the place

Any tips??
