I tell people that ask cause I have been through it.

Divorce doesn't make things better. Divorce leaves you with all the same problems you have now and adds 100 more problems, making things much much worse.
If you understand this and still can't stay then try it

people think the grass is greener onthe other side of the fence....its not always

Iif he will not try then let him go, separate but dont get divorced. Let him go try the grass on the other side, but leave the door open to return
maybe once he realizes it is even worse over there and you are open, still love him and not trying to make his life worse he comes back
