i would have no idea, i had my bf measured in a wellness class i had to take for work years ago, i think i was at like 23% so i would have no idea what 10 looks like...LOL
They did calipers and then some electric thing they hooked to your finger and toe

my buddy ordered some calipers one time so you could check you bf at home but the damn things came and were cheap plastic
hell we couldn't get the same reading twice.

The only thing that really matters is looks and you look good
woudl be ncie to find a place that could do it regularly though, that would be added motivation to get as low as you can and stay there

Looking awesome Dude. Are you looking to compete if you get the BF down even further?

No, not at all...am just a vain man :-) lol

Im doing this for healthy reasons, it makes me eat less carbs, low fat, less salt, do cardio...etc which fits in well with my system, as in the past my blood pressure readings came in higher than normal and we also have a history of high cholesterole in my family. Plus At 6ft2 and weighing 90kg right now, by the time I get to competition bf levels and drain more water I'll be lucky if I stood up there at 85 and will get pwned by shorter guys.

      You are DEFINITELY single digits.
Looking awesome, you have a very nice physique. Proportions are good, the shape of your muscles are nice. On many other forums, everyone would be wanting you to add 50lbs of muscle and step on stage.
While I would agree that you would make an awesome competitive BB, you look great right now, IMO. You can stay looking this way for a long, long time, and be much healthier than larger guys.

My only critique would be to bring up your forearms.

      Thanks buddy,
Forearms will be taking a hammering, did notice my arms have put a bit more size on but the forearms have lagged. But that's my fault as I rarely train them and thats something I cant get away with.

I woke up Saturday morning, looked probably the leanest I ever have. All abs present & correct without ever training them directly for years. Easily ten percent........So ran downstairs for a fry up & some doughnuts.
