Phase 2 of cut to start

Managed to harden up all over and get the abs showing to a pretty decent level. The pic below was taken last Sunday. Im still in the two digit % and now looking to go below to about 8% perhaps if I can without looking like Christian Bale in The Machinist.

Today I started my new regime, eliminating simple sugars and lowering the carbs again even further. Will keep cardio to two sessions a week for the beginning and then re-evaluate and will be carb cycling. I might also start taking a thermigenic, so if you guys can recommend any good stuff then give us a shout.

if i could get to the % your at in that pic i'd be done, not starting

I posted a link to the shit i am using in one of the threads, its usp labs oxy elite pro
I have no idea whats in it at all, the label gives you the "proprietary blend" clause
but it works well for an otc
you can still find eca or get clen pretty cheap
I was thinking of changing to clen to mix things up

i just added low intensity cardio a couple more times a week to my training schedule to see how that helps

I feel like am at a peak age now...untill my mid 30's from a bodybuilding stand, so want to make the most out it and see how much I can achieve...I know this wont be easy when Im in my 40's...etc. So it's just a personal challenge i've set myself really.

oh and BTW, in the above pic, all i took in the last 4 week was 50mg of winny, before that I was merely taking some a little test for a boost. For me personally, I feel soo much better and achieve far better results on lower doses. Some of us just can't tolerate a lot of crap being pumped into our bodies.

I take smaller dosages than everyone i know and i am bigger and stronger than any of them and IMHO i look better too
i may be able to get there faster on huge dosages but then you just are relying on the gear and once you come off you loose it all so you get that yo-yo effect
you need to learn how to do this shit normal, then if you add the drugs you can reach amazing results

i dont say that to be condescending, i say it because i have wasted years on the yo-yo myself

I haven't had my BF measured, im just guessing, I now that a 7%BF is shreddies and im not near that. I would be about 10% dead on. Gona ask at my gym if one of those muppets can do a bf measurement?

I would just go by how you look rather than a percentage one mans 10% is another mans 12% and so on.... calipers are ok, those electronic scales are useless it really needs to be one of those submergence tanks to be accurate

    k cool, that's very encouraging.

Haven't really killed myself to get here, id say I eat very healthy and never over do it on the carbs, just eat what I need and days when I felt a bit behind I lowered the carbs and did a couple of runs on the treadmill for 30 minutes and was back on track. I think consistency is the main thing. I never go really fat and then try to get ripped in 3 months...etc. I slacked last year big time and in November I joined a better gym and pretty much since November 2010 been slowly cutting down with small breaks and here I am in June at this shape.
