      One month into cut phase

      Been trying to cut for about a month now, low carb diet cycling 3 low and one high then re-do, 1 hour weights followed by 20 minutes cardio(running) after every training sesh. Seen some results so far and I recon am about one third of the way in, got 2 months to go. From next week im upping the cardio to half an hour (I HATE CARDIO) and im tired of feeling flat and depleted already, I'm aiming for single figure digit fat percentage, which is gona be a tough challenge, i dont take any ephedrine or stuff like that as im overly sensitive to caffein alone an espresso gives me palpitations.

      Have you tried doing your cardio before breakfast ?......it should yield better results over post work out.

      How high is your high carb day?

      I have thought about it, I am gona up my cardio to half an hour a sesh, 5 times a week from this week coming, I will be saving more drastic measures to the end such as an hours cardio, cardio on empty stomach.....I am even considering pushing the boudaries to Keto level if I don't yield the desired results, although I would prefer to avoid it cos that's one tough diet to do.

      Oh and I don't really measure carbs...

      On a low day, I have a shake for breakfast and a coffee that's it, lunch chicken and salad, tuna for mid afternoon snack, then a shake when I get home early evening. Dinner usually chicken or fish with more salad and may be some non starchy veg i.e. aubergine, tomatoes...etc,

      Usually have a glass of orange juice or a smoothie post workout.

      On a high carb day, i eat a big bowl of porridge with a bit of nutella and some eggs, then a medium sized portion of carbs usually rice or pasta with every meal, plenty of fruits and even a carb meal with my bed time shake, i think i hit about 300g.

      damn bitch, if i could ever get that lean I'd be done, not starting
      looks good mate

      I know fuck all about diet and fats
      Im currently eating
      oatmeal with cinnamon and honey
      Protein bar
      tuna on whole grain
      chicken breast w/rice or a little pasta
      snack on apples, peanuts or chips salsa if munchies)

      admittedly i don't do much cardio, its more anaerobic fighting and dogs
      I brought my bike int he house but my legs are always so gassed from training i have only hit it once
