      Maintenance

No more low carbs or excessive cardio for me. Once I got to a decent level of BF, i kept my diet fairly clean and the occasional cardio sesh. I could take it further but Ive no reason or desire to do it. Training about 4 to 5 times a week, medium weights reps between 10 and 15.

Contemplating joinging a boxing gym or MMA club near by there's a few really good clubs by my work in the city, but got soo much on right now.

I would quit if i could ever get that lean also
What do you weigh in that pic Alien?

I am still doing the low carb thing
I kind of hit a wall so i added in a thermogenic and it started back up again,
I am down to 262. I was 282 beginning of this year and 320 4-5 years ago

I will post a pic, i am no where near where you are but i am leaps and bounds from where i was
I figure i have a good 20# more to drop if I can keep my muscle while doing that it would be good

I'll try to find an old beach pic at about 300 for a good comparison...LOL

Im about 60lbs lighter than you...im weighing in the region of 205lbs to 200lbs depending on what I eat that week, I now kind of know what quantities I need of food and carbs a day to stay lean or drop a bit cos my focus in the last 4yrs or so has been on neing lean rather than mass. seeing as im not juicing (as much) being huge is not an option, compiled with naturally a light bone strucure, when I put fat on I don't look right wheras someone who is narutally heavy boned can carry it off better. This time last year I was 220lbs but had barely visible abs and nice chunky love handles.
Have you tried a bit of winstrol on the side? I found it helps, when diet and training are spot on they give that extra boost you need.

right now im on 250testE and 300EQ/week
honestly not for fat loss but for the recovery benefits
no way i could train mma 5-6 times a week at my age without muscle repair assistance

the side effect of the higher test level at my age is that i carry less fat, so that's nice
I am also taking cissus for my joints, multivitamin, fish oil, and an OTC fat burner
I am getting close to making another order so now would be the time to switch things up if i was going to
Winny scares me as it has a reputation to create joint pain, i have tons of joint pain already
in fact thats why i am on the EQ is its reputation to aid in white tissue repair

I was thinking of leaving the test low and bumping the EQ to 500/week maybe or leave things as they are
deca would be another opotion instead of EQ but there is the bloat, primo but theres price, anavar but i dont need the liver stress of an oral
      so may just leave it

I am on a low carb diet on off days and eat some carbs on workout days but still not usually a ton
off days are 15-30, workout days maybe 100-200

      I would say no,
you can see in my diet blog i am eating probably 7 times a day
so i dont get real hungry
plus i have been on a pretty similar diet for going on 2 months now so my body has adjusted to it,
my stomach will grumble if i miss a time i normally eat, but i dont think that is hunger its just my body is used to digesting food every couple hours so it produces the acids to do it

when i first started this diet i was carb craving like crazy, but not so much any more
if i have a real hard workout someitmes i will gas out toward the end and then get really really hungry, but i think that is a result of having burned all my stores rather than the drugs

You must react diiferently to it than me.....even the constant eating I still had one hell of an appetite, food shopping was hard as I would walk park a carb filled aile and feel like destroying everything.
