      got it to work

      Flame away!
still working on that last bit of dunlop. (where my gut dun-lops over my belt)
Arms are looking tiny, i have an old pic from me at 320# with a tape measure around my right arm flexed at 21", now they're 18

Wish I had taken some before pics, I know we have some somewhere from the beach last year with me looking like a whale that washed ashore but i couldn't find them on either computer
This is about 261, down from 282 Jan, 1

all the bruises are from rolling

You didn't have to be naked for this, albeit Graham and Lew are attracted to big american guys.
But you are looking pretty tight mate, hearing you bash yourself all the time about how out of shape you are i wasn't expecting you to look like this. Just keep doing what you're doing cos its working.

I have a bit of a self deprecating sense of humor, coupled with the fact that my expectations are pretty high probably qualifies me for that psychological disorder where you always think your muscles are small
That and the fact that i am 60 pounds lighter than when i was powerlifting makes me feel small and weak, it wasn't all fat as my current bench press numbers indicate

anyway. i have never seen abs in my life, so that's my goal, not sure if I will get there but that's where I'm shooting

You didn't have to be naked for this,
I photoshopped my cock out of the pic so as to not make you all feel self conscious ...LOL

I don't think you'll have any problems seeing abs mate at this rate. And if this is a total switch in training approach then you will only get better with time.

Try that week off low carbs and hit the weights, thats when you'll be able to appreciate your progress and will drive you to go back on and hit it harder. For me its also a health issue, I can do a sprint right now on a drop of a hat without worrying about ripping something in my leg or gasping for air like a heart patient.

I took this holiday weekend off alien
ate anything and everything. put a pound and half back on but looked a lot fuller
had gotten quite flat after 8 weeks of low carb
I am still cycling the low carb from workout days to off days but i think i am still not eating enough carbs on my workout days
I get 10-25 on a low carb day but only 150ish on a high carb day, I am going to try to move that over 200
i think thats why i got so flat
tomorow is a high carb day, i'll see what i can hit

im keeping my protein over 1g/pound, and fats sit pretty constant about 30-60g/day
I never counted calories so i am not sure how many i am bringing in, but i have my log though so that wouldn't be to hard to figure

here was yesterdays totals for a low carb day
      protein 293
      carbs 18
      fat 55

honestly the diet has become easy. I have learned a lot of tricks and good foods
I can kind of feel now if i need more energy and I can add some peanut butter or almonds in to get me through

When I went that low on carbs I cycled every 3 days and ate very high carbs on other days.
Cutting is alot harder than bulking, cos we need to stay on this fine line and gage it, feel flat eat more but not too much, not getting enough results, drop the carbs and cals and may be up the cardio....but getting these in perfect synchronisation is where the challenge is. But you're doing great.

Worst case scenario throw in an extra shot of EQ or primo or something per week to boost your anabolic state a little bit further. Ive seen a good change in me since I threw in winny....albeit the joints are dry a bit and I dont have joint problems overall.

yea, a guy i was talking to at the gym had cut his calories too low and hit a wall where no matter what he did he couldnt oose weight
he actually raised his calories 7-800 a day and started loosing weight again with no other changes
its a balance i dont know how to do yet
but im working on figuring it out

If you can keep doing that then get your hands on some GH for a few months, you'll be right up there big man.
