      Thomas, what were your cycle ideas?

      I'd really like to try GH, but i have logistical problems with it needing to be refrigerated and me having almost adult children who are extremely smart
      if you only shoot once a day morning I may be able to stop at a spot and shoot on my way into work but it would be a pain in the ass

      peptides sound great cause the one reason i am not on gh yet is the price, but shooting 3/ed is even more of a problem than once, obviously

      I was on 250cyp/250deca/ew
      just bumped it to 325cyp/250deca (i am nursing a few injuries i want to get over + some other much funner reasons i cant get into in an open forum)
      How about some thing like 200mg test e 100mg tren e 100mg masteron e a week with 50mg anavar a day?......the only real positive injury wise in there is ananvar ?

      ghrp 2 80-100mcg 3 x day I think would def help...but as you say logistics

      Could you store the peps in one of those tiny portable fridges in a car , garage, bedroom ?

      Or just announce you are going on hrt.

      And transport the loaded pins in those cool pouches for insulin ?

      If we just become conscious about the choice of the food then we can easily become healthy and fit in a very natural way. Exercise should also be the part of routine life.

    Ketosis just fucks with my body man

    Last time i made it 13 days this time about 12 and fuck, just fuck, i quit

    it aint worth it

    I am off for the winter and will hit it again come spring time
    In one month we will all be wearing winter coats for 6 months so abs done fucking matter anyway

    Don't worry about it staad. Just keep it simple over the coming months. 40/25/35 p,c,f works good for me.

    I tried that for a couple days and it is still pretty low carb
    If i started my day with oatmeal and had bread on a couple of sandwiches i was maxed
    without even any complex carbs or veggies

    I have just dropped everything for a minute,
    need a mental break after 6 months

    I am currently on the theory of a calorie is a calorie, doesnt matter if its chicken or twinkie, you cant get fat if you dont eat over maintenance...LOL
    i knwo its not a good permanent plan but damn that cupcake was good yesterday

    The basic diet for weight gain that should contain nutritious, carbohydrate is also assential part for the weight gain,
    The diet for the carbohydrate meal bread, potatoes, brown rice, pasta, couscous,fresh and dried fruit.
