      Hi mate,

      I meant to comment on this a day ago but got distracted by small children.....

      I agree with all the above...

      I cant stress this enough hard training and a solid calorie surplus diet are the two most important things.... steroids will only amplify the results of the first two.

      As for a shake try-

      1 pint skimmed milk
      40g whey or casin protein powder
      75g oats
      2 table spoons olive oil

      roughly 100g good carbs 30g good fats 55g protien = 800 ish cals

      2 of those a day and 3 good meals and I promise you will grow.

      If you want an a more exact diet let me know and I will post one up but need a bit more detail on yourself first.

      hello thomas, i will try that shake sounds pretty good, and i was prety active kid would play soccer like everyday and now i stoped since i was loosing weight and now, i have all the day free, i have a part time job just to afford to eat and w.e but my whole day is free and have all time for the gym. i was on life science pills before and did gain weight, but i lost everything since i went for a 2 months trip back home, now i have pharma, dbol,test,and deca, as for food im starting too eat 3-4ood meals i forsure eat everyday, so yeah i guess this is pretty much it mate, lookin foward to your reply

    Ok try something like this.....

    8 pints of water per day

    10g whey isolate 5g bcaa

    20 min later

    meal 1-

    5 whole eggs
    1 slice brown toast
    3 pineapple rings
    2 wheetabix with skimmed milk
    3g fish oil
    500mg vit c

    meal 2 - shake

    meal 3 -

    200g lean mince
    broccoli
    200g sweet potato
    Small pot probiotic yoghurt

    meal 4 shake

    meal 5

    200g chicken breast
    20ml walnut oil
    large salad
    small green banana
    3g fish oil
    500mg vit c
    5 g bcaa

    -on training days only add a shake of 40g protein powder / 60 g dextrose powder / 15ml olive oil straight after your work out and have 10g bcaa pre training

    Keep track of your body weight

    If you start to gain body fat lower the carbs and raise the fats or add light cardio

    if your body weight stalls add a 6th meal ( just repeat one of the five )




    Cycle wise......

    sell the decca and spend the money on food

    test weeks 1-10 500mg max
    dbol 30mg max a day weeks 1-4

    okay the food looks good and pretty affordable, and i havent really heard about "bcaa"? but im going to get on this diet very soon! thank you
