      Smile need some suggestion in dbol.test and deca

      hi, im 18 years old weigh about 162 , i have been on dbol before, and gained araound 12 pounds, stoped workin out for a while and lost all the weight i gained , my friends recomended me to do a cycle of dbol with test and deca mixed togeather, wat do you guys recomend, or any things i should knoe about this cycle and how it works? thank you

    honestly, My recommendation would be to learn how to gain natural at 18 years old
    You should be able to gain 15-20# natural

    your natural test levels are higher than they will ever be in your life
    and you have proven you don't know how to keep your gains (diet, protein content, rest, and not over-training)

    if you juice you will grow, then you will lose it again so you will juice more, then lose it again, its a yo-yo

    I am not trying to be difficult, but you specifically asked for opinions
    I have no problem if you decide to juice anyway, its your choice, but 5 years from now you will look back and see I was right


    If you are going to do it anyway I would go with just a small amount of test
    you dont need the deca for joints and it may give you deca dick anyway so why bother
    and orals are harsh and as you have seen dbol makes you retain a lot of water which you will loose again

    try 300mg test enth a week for 10 weeks then do your PCT correctly and take 12 weeks off

    i apreceate everything, and naturaly im a pretty skinny kid,i got a pretty fast metabolism,and i only started seeing results when i was on dbol... but wat you recomended and your opinions are pretty good and convincing. thank you for ur answer

    albokid - I get where your coming from but at 18yo your test levels should be high anyway.

    I used to have a sky high metabolisum too when I was younger and struggled to put on weight (I'm 30 now) but the sensible thing is to look at your diet. How is it, can you post what you eat on an average day ? You need (as a very rough rule of thumb) a gram of protein per lbs you weigh so if you want to get from 162 to 200 you need 200grams of protein per day everyday. So if you dont already start keeping a diary.

    DBOL - makes you retain water big time so you will put on weight. HAve you read up on injecting? Post Cycle therapy and what to do when things go off plan?

    Give it some consideration before you stack steds.

    99% of people who say they are hard gainers dont eat right

    on a bulking cycle you should eat every hour, if you can tie your shoes without wanting to puke you are not eating enough

    i dont really have a diet since i stoped workin out like 5 months ago,but i am starting gym in january reguraly now, but i try and eat pretty much w.e is infront of me, i eat around 4-5 times...sometimes junk food.. if you have a litle bit of time would you mind to whrite a food diet, on weight gaining and for this kind of cycle ? sory for bothering you, but its nice to get advices from people who already been throw this

    Add up the calories you eat in a day.
    at 162#, your maintenance is 2400 calories. so below that you are loosing weight.
    My guess if you are below or at that
    it is difficult to eat that much food without junk

    if this was easy, everyone would be 250# and ripped


    Here is an example of only 3000 calories in a day and as you can see it is 8 meals. Skip one chicken breast and 2oz of almonds and you are down to your maintenance calories

    9:00 3 eggs(18p,0c,21f)360, 3ham(15p,0c,3f)60, 1oz almonds(5p,2c,13f)160
    11:00 steak 7oz sirloin(36p,0c,8f)222, broccoli(2p,5c,0f)27
    1:00 2 tbs peanut butter (9p,6c,16f)200, jelly(0,13,0)50, 2 bread(4p,20c,1f)70, 2oz almonds(10p,4c,26f)320
    3:00 6 ham(30p,0c,6f)180, 2 cheese(10p.0c,14f)180,
    5:00 2 tbs peanut butter (9p,6c,16f)200, jelly(0,13,0)50, 2 bread(4p,20c,1f)70, 2oz almonds(10p,4c,26f)320
    6:00 8oz chicken breast(40p,0c,4f)211, sour cream(1p,1c,5f)60, salsa(0p,2c,0f)10

    Straads spot on.

    The only thing I will say is I believe the first meal of the day one of the most important; I've read numerous articles about eating within the first 20mins of being awake and its importance for gaining. I train (when i actually get to the gym!) in the mornings.

    A typical day of my diet would be something like:

    1st meal - Bowl of Oats + Protein shake within 20mins of waking
    2nd meal - egg mayo sandwiches (3eggs) light mayo used.
    3rd meal - chicken breast (boiled) with microwavable rice - small amount of chili sauce.
    4th meal - tin of tuna and some fruit or salad
    5th meal - Chicken (ready cooked from supermarket) + plus salad
    6th meal - steak + veg or salad + baked potato
    7th meal - Skake - right before bedtime.

    If you do this everyday for 6months I garrantee you'll be gaining weight which wont drop off as quickly as DBOL gains. Its an expensive hobby bodybuilding with all the additional food and supplements!
