      Keto results

      Holy shit dude,

I raise my calories this week and lost 5#

      I was 244.5 last Saturday
I was probably only eating about 2000 calories a day, i raised that to about 2500ish with the keto cause i needed the extra fat to get thru my workouts and lost weight

this Saturday i weighed in at 239.5

I actually think i need to eat more, not less
I would like to stay about 240 "if possible", just lean out some more (hahaha who wouldn't want to be 240 at 10%)

looking at my numbers i think i could easily up my protein, i am getting about 250g/ed
I think i may try to keep my fats where they are on non-workout days but raise them a bit more on workout days
I was still a bit sluggish at the end of my 3hour workout Thursday

but then on Friday i could tell i really didnt need the extra fats

      thoughts?

again Thomas, Boiler, Thanks a ton man,

      Excellent stuff .....

Has the only change been upped cals ? no extra CV or fat burners ?

I think you could easily handle 300g protein as you carry a good chunk of muscle....IIRC to much protein can bring you out of Keto ( dependent on amount of fat consumed as well ie if its to low) through glucogenisis.....BUT you would have no issue with 300g protein at your bodyweight.

Again cycling the fats cals high/low another good move to keep the body off guard.....

One thing that cross's my mind is if you look at the "fat cycling" as a tool much the same as cardio and fat burners. Would it be worth keeping that tool for when/if your loses stall?...just a thought what do you think?

How much fat where you thinking on training/non training days ?

In saying that increased fat's for your workout's = more energy = harder training = more total cals burned....so worth the extra intake to get greater expenditure.

Did you try the extra simple fats ( mct oil ) pre and mid workout ?

I would gradually increase the total cals and see how you go.... if the scales/bodyfat go up cals too high......if scales stays the same and body fat drops cals spot on .........if scales go down and bodyfat goes down up the protein.

all that aside glad things are moving for you again

I am actually on No fat burner at all this week
I was cycling my clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I did drink more green tea because i figured i wasn't on a fat burner

I was thinking about 100g fats on non-workout days, and closer to 150+ on workout days

I am actually having problem getting my calories high, not the other way around
I am eating nonstop all day long hungry or not
the only time i am hungry is post workout

      Awesome progress big man.

I know youve had the odd few tricky weeks, but if you look at the time this has taken you, you're flying through it.

Fuck sakes man.... 235.... Haaa How much do you gain back at your refeed... ? dont carbs hold on to water. I bounce between 237 and 242 most weeks. its kind of up and down mostly due to water. Then again I have not watched what I eat for the last 3 months... We are almost settled, in our new place, I'm thinking by the end of this week Ill really be able to get with the program...

    238.2 the next morning

I can weigh 7 pounds less first thing in the morning as I do throughout the day
its probably dehydration from the 6 liters of water a day
