      I did ADF/IF combined with CPWO(carbless post work out). I weight train on M/W/F and did fasted cardio T/Th/S sometime Sundays. Let me see if I can explain what I did. I would wake on Monday say 8AM and I would start carbing up and train around 6ish. After I completed training I would remain carbless until bed. Upon waking on Tuesday I would dose 100 mcg of GHRP-2 & Mod GFR(1-29) I would drink some black coffee with Stevia, then go do 40mins of fasted cardio. I remain fasted anywhere between 12-18 depending on what I was trying to do. I would then start eating again,, however would remain carbless up until Wednesday morning, when I would carb up again. So in a 48 hours window I would stay carbless 36 hours with an 8 hour carb up before training and during that 48 hours window I would have an 18 hour fast. I also used between 300-600mcg of MTII on fasting days. It really helped curb my appetite. I was using some AAS along with peptides. You can find my detailed log here.

      I really found the fasting not to be hard at all. I plan on getting back to the CPWO/ADF here soon. It's a really great way to recomp and lose BF. Hope this helps I did use some sort of fasting for over a 6month period

      I get what your saying
      I like it due to its simplicity

      I notice my body changes at the drop of a hat while on it though
      a fast day i look great and a normal day like i gained 5-10 pounds

      I haven't tried it personally but from what I have read the mental aspect of it seems to be the hardest.....

      mentally i couldn't do a full day and 2 nights fast, but 24 hours is easy
      from what i read the benefits can be had by even doing just 20 fast 4 feed or even 18 fast 6 feed
      18-20 hours isnt much when you figure you sleep 8 of them

      it is easier on a day you are busy, like at work, trying to do it if you are sitting home bored all day on a weekend is tough
