      8:30am first shot 200mcgghrp-2 / 50mcggrf129

      rookie mistakes:
      was suppose to be 100mcg ghrp and 50mcggrf but after i added the bac water to the vial It had way to much pressure in it and i loaded the grf first then used the same needle to suck up the ghrp and when i stuck it in it shot 200mcg into the needle and since it had grf in it i didnt want to push it back in so i just shot it

      felt warm all day. rode in the car out of town for work and was sweating on my leather seats and had the heat down.
      My head felt kind of full all day. I dont know how to explain the feeling. Like when you are on too much thermogenic
      also a little winded and heavy chested

      is this stuff suppose to increase libido? Hit the wife twice this afternoon. maybe placebo

      Drew up to much grf this time. I aparently do not have the manual dexterity to draw up any less than 5iu. I may just double the bac water i used. That would make the shots 10iu and 5iu for 100ghrp and 50grf, much easier on my big dumb arms.
      I may have noticed an increase in appetite or I just didnt eat enough today, and then forgot to wait the 20 minutes after this shot to eat, so it may have been worthless.
      at least I a making all my mistakes in one day. Maybe I'll get better tomorrow.

      added another 100iu bac water tot he grf to make 5iu=50mcg so I could draw up an amount i can actually see and that seemed to work much better.
      Didnt eat anything until 9:55 and then it was just some lean lunch meat so mostly protein with a very small amount of fat

      3:00 head still feels full but not as bad as when i accidentally doubled the dose. Hard to tell if i feel as warm as i have been outside all day and its only 37 degrees. The sun was out and i didnt want to waste it seeing as it is february and we dont see it much this time of year.

      12:00 100mcg ghrp / 50mcg grf
      had to nail the wife again. Maybe its placebo or maybe the labido is not noticed in you young guys cause you already have it. I am 45 remember.
      could feel the full head stuffy feeling while tyring to go to sleep
      it almost feels like my forehead, nasal cavity and upper lip are swollen

      All sounds normal to me....whenever I open a new bottle the effects feel much more potent for the first week.

      I am thinking the ghrp's may degrade a tad after a week or so...would be ideal if both peps where available in 2mg vials.

      Not worthless just slightly less effective as the carbs/fats blunt the release.

      feeling warm is normal...dont get the extra sex drive though.

      I'll keep at it and see

      what are your thoughts on rotating ghrp's
      some people post they stayed on -2 for months, others say you build up an immunity and need to rotate in -6, IM etc.

      I hate the 2-3 times a day pricks though That must be why people use GH

      I rotate the 6 and 2 but purely for goals 2 for diet and 6 for bulking.....I have noticed the hunger ware off after long periods of using the 6.

      Don't see the point in switching back and forth for any other reason as they are basically the same thing ghrp6 is the first generation and ghrp2 is the second....impamorlan is the 3rd generation of ghrp's

      I do have the occasional week off of both to give my gland a rest. I've read a lot of people doing 5 days on 2 off but that may nbe down to cost as well?? ...... I notice my elbow and shoulder play up a bit when off

      i have also seen some people doing 5 on 2 off and thought about it
      we'll see how it plays out

      I cnat imagine the hunger on -6. I get hungry as hell on -2
      it starts right after the shot. Makes it hard to go 20 minutes without eating

      was kind of a pain in the ass shooting a couple times a day but its getting a lot easier now.

      got a cold sore when I first started..its clearing up now

      worked out pretty hard last night. a lot of standup, delts were destroyed
      and today my arms are all shaky like a bad thermogenic
      even effecting my hand writing

      have been going twice a day, may try to up it to 3xday but take the weekends off like a 5 on 2 off as it is harder to shoot on the weekends

      feel anxious. not in a feel bad kind of way just in a can't relax kind of way. rushing through tasks instead of slowing down

      Sleep is amazing though. Normally since i work out so late in the evening i have trouble going to sleep on nights i work out
      last night worked out hard as hell, out 5 seconds after i hit the pillow

      tested my knee as it hasn't been bothering me much. There was a spot you could push that would shoot excruciating pain down my leg. Now when i push it it only twinges. Maybe the peps are helping.

      - new bottle for the 5pm shot today and WOW! felt 10x as powerful as the shots over the last few days
      I wonder if this stuff degrades over time. !st shot was the 3rd today 15th obviously weakened. That's only 12 days. so whats a bottle good for 10? maybe only 7?
