      Gain My Weight

      Hello everyone,
      i just want to gain my weight and fat, so please please tell me about it, what i have to do for it???
      and what i should have to do for it???

    Translating here. Do you mean gain muscle & lose fat? Weights in the gym + diet. You'll have to be more specific if you want any real advise. Stats: ht,wt,bf%,age, etc.

    I am very lean and just start bodybuilding and want to put on weight, I have not much strength for the exercise. Please guide me for the diet that can help me in weight gain and strength.

    Why you want to increase your weight ?

    For gaining your weight you should eat healthy foods and do some exercises and take proper rest.
    The best foods for the gaining the weight include pure milk, butter, cream, ghee, meat, eggs, fresh fruits, mango, banana, potatoes, and rice.

    Well,according to my opinion,drinking milk with honey is the best way to gain weight..

    you have to eat fat foods like meat, chicken, and milk....
    you also eat fruits every 1 hours.
    doing breakfast regularly, and take a heavy foods items, like 2 eggs, 4 slides of bread, and a glass of milk....
    don't doing so much work....
    take proper rest and complete sleep for 8 hours..

    try this recipe:
    Just take 3 bananas and one cup yogurt(plain or fruit) with some sugar.
    Mesh all the stuff and eat 6 times a day.
    Get fat. Clarkston gym and fitness
