    Hi dear,

Vitamin C is very necessary for the health.
It prevents from cancer and keeps the skin healthy and fresh.
The best source of the vitamin C are citric fruits such as orange, grapefruits, and lemon.

Human beings don't have the ability to produce vitamin C so have to get it from food or vegetables. The best source of Vitamin C being fruits like oranges, strawberries, watermelon, and currants. Vegetables also provide Vitamin C, these are Brussels sprouts, and green leafy veggies, collard greens, lettuce, cabbage, peas, asparagus etc..
