My daughters been poorly all weekend so had no sleep been at on call doctors and clearing up puke for what feels like hours. So feel like last weeks training and diet hard work has been un done by staying awake and not eating enough or drinking enough fluids. Body still ached from training last week on saturday but feel good now, going to get an early nioght and crack on tommorrow. Got biceps and chest tomorrow - my favourite workout

Going to start running a training log firstly to keep myself motivated and to get any feedback, tips and hints. Background....been training for 10ish years mostly bodybuilding and strength stuff mostly HIT and DC. I don't have any interest in competing I just enjoy the training. Am carrying a few long term injury's mainly just shoulder and knees. Current goals....strip a bit of body fat, not concerned with being a certain percentage just low enough to see top abs so ...
