shoulders are the best place mate!!!! just make sure your at at a table, nice and stable. arm relaxed on table like its crossed infront of you. hit the meat of the the outter delt. ideal as you know you can get deep enough into muscle without any worries.
plus chest isnt a bad spot either, kind of cup your chest and hit the middle upper section.
i have major issues with glute shots as the twisting and holding time it takes has more the once set of a fucking cramp , not a good time when youve just stuck yourself!!! lol
not tried calf personally but hear it aches for a few days after!!
