      legit jdlegend/bulking advice

      hi im a novice at bulking i live in the uk im curently trying to bulk up at the moment iv been useing 1/2ml weekly of sus 250 im on week 3 and iv put on 1/2 a stone on iv got my diet sorted so it seems to be doing the trick so far been all over the net i can find suplyers for deca and winni but cant find jdl d-bol caps any advice on bulking would be greatfull as im 36 years old 5'9 and curently only 9 1/2 stone i goto the gym 2-3 times a week and work with bricklayers so i do quite a lot of lifting roughly my current diet is ..
      morning....large bowl of poridge oats 2 slice of toast and 3 boiled eggs creatine
      afternoon ...high protine shake (ensure plus) chicken/red meat another 3 eggs 2 bananas
      eavning.... another shake and either fish,chicken,or red meat ,veg and 4-6 slices of bread
      supper.... creatine 4-6 slices of toast and 2-3 bananas and sometimes another big bowl off poridge oats

      this is roughly my daily diet sometimes im eating more than that so far iv put on half a stone in the last fiew weeks but im looking for some decent advice so i can get my cycle sorted i hope someone in this forum can help me out ....thanks

    first, asking for source info is like posting a big sign that says please scam me
    you now can't really trust any info you do get
    second sust is a blend of 4 different length esters, some as short as a couple days, so whoever informed you to shoot it once a week doesn't know much.
    It needs to be shot EOD really.

    sounds like with your physically demanding job you still aren't getting enough calories. if your taking anything and still weigh less than 140
    Take about 6 sandwiches to work and eat one every other hour on top of the meals your eating now

    your using half a ml of sus and your into week 3 and you have gained 7lb?

    mate, thats not the sus that has given you those gains, those are natural gains.
    sus at half a ml is 125mg, im not even sure thats enough to shut down natural test levels but lets go on the assumption it is, well, only just!
    you certainly wont be gaining 7lb from the sus and at just week 3!!!
    as straad says, there is a huge misconception with sustanon, that weekly injections are the way to do it. i have heard it time and time again, im not sure why guys think this is the way forward, maybe they think sustanon = sustained... i dont know, but anyways as straad said, to get the most out of the esters within sus you need to be jabbing it eod, and even ed..

    if you are looking to shoot just once per week then you need to be looking at long esters only such as enanthate.
    sustanon is a combination of both long and short. so the short are not working for you, or rather, not working as they should be, you are getting benefits from the long esters only, and at just 125mg a week, im not sure how many mg of long esters your even getting, but it cant be much.

    regarding the jdl dianabol caps, ill be totally honest with you, you wont find a bad review on them. they are accurately dosaged, infact ive heard mention of the caps being closer to 12mg than 10, but dont quote me please. jdl is a great lab in the uk, BUT you wont find any info on that lab from anyone here. as far as im aware, jdl does not even deal with anyone online. they are a local lab in the uk dealing with the local crowd.
    if you do find a source online selling jdl then hook a brother up, lol.

    thanks for the advice lads iv just been going with the advice from a fiew of the lads at work and the gym as iv tryed most things over the last 10 years to try and bulk myself up and have had no results up untill the last fiew weeks i recon i may be burning to meany calores @ work and more at the gym with the work i do i should be like a tank but im not what should i be doing ??

    Not to be critical Bro, but your diet could use some significant tweaking. IMO you are eating way too much bread. If you could cut bread entirely as well as as much gluten as possible from your diet, that would be even better. Are your oats steel cut, gluten free? Also, what ab dairy in your current diet? I suspect that your insulin levels are probably spiking at inappropriate times during the day as a result of the diet. I realize that you are trying to gain weight and bulk up, but you still want to be smart ab the kind of calories you are consuming. Also, remember that shakes are fine for pre and post workout and occasionally to supplement here and there during the week, but you don't want to be too reliant upon them. They have a short gastric emptying time. Better to be getting the vast majority of your caloric intake from whole foods. Keep us posted on your progress.

    thanks for the advice john iv been 9 stone since i was 16 and tryed practicaly everything to get myself bigger and all iv manage to do is tone myself up since starting the sus250 4 weeks ago(3rd jab) iv put on just over half a stone iv now uped my sus input to 1ml (4th jab) but realy need to get some decent d-bol and winni to back my cycle up whats confusing me is youre telling me to cut down on the bread but straad in one of the posts above has told me to increase my bread intake so im getting conflicting advice plz bont forget im a newbee to roids im just fed up working my ass off at work and the gym to get nothing but toned i want size increase whitch iv been trying to do for about 20 years now

    a calorie is a calorie and you need more of them
    to be honest I dont care if you eat pizza 6 ties a day

    John is right bread calories are shit, and to most people they would be counter productive

    but from the sounds of it, it wouldn't matter if you ate lard 6 times a day you wouldn't gain fat so leaning out your diet is not going to help you
    in fact it will make it harder for you to get enough calories as lean is less calories for the same shit

    so while it seems contradictory, both of us are correct.

    1. you need more calories
    2. lean would be better

    I just don't think yo u are capable of getting the calories you need and eating lean. Would it be better if you did, sure. in a perfect world.
    but you're not getting them now

    example: Nacho be grande from taco bell, 1900 calories
    19 cans of tuna = 1900 calories

    which one is easier to eat?

    which one is better for you?

    simply eat more, a lot more
    give it a month or two and then review your bodyfat levels and see where you are at
    dont fret it every day like a woman, just tell yourself you're going to bulk up and see if you can put on some size
    your body wont hold muscle if it cant feed it

    eat something every hour, yes, you will feel stuffed. eat anyway

    worst case scenario you dont like your BF you just go back to what you were doing and from the sounds of your metabolism you'll go right back to 140

    some people have problems bulking, some have problems leaning out

    thanks for the advice straad ill give it a try and see how thing go over the next coupple of months and let you know how im getting on thanks
