hi im a novice at bulking i live in the uk im curently trying to bulk up at the moment iv been useing 1/2ml weekly of sus 250 im on week 3 and iv put on 1/2 a stone on iv got my diet sorted so it seems to be doing the trick so far been all over the net i can find suplyers for deca and winni but cant find jdl d-bol caps any advice on bulking would be greatfull as im 36 years old 5'9 and curently only 9 1/2 stone i goto the gym 2-3 times a week and work with bricklayers so i do quite a lot of lifting roughly my current diet is ..
morning....large bowl of poridge oats 2 slice of toast and 3 boiled eggs creatine
afternoon ...high protine shake (ensure plus) chicken/red meat another 3 eggs 2 bananas
eavning.... another shake and either fish,chicken,or red meat ,veg and 4-6 slices of bread
supper.... creatine 4-6 slices of toast and 2-3 bananas and sometimes another big bowl off poridge oats
this is roughly my daily diet sometimes im eating more than that so far iv put on half a stone in the last fiew weeks but im looking for some decent advice so i can get my cycle sorted i hope someone in this forum can help me out ....thanks![]()
