      Growth hormone & steroid synergy question

      Ive read many times about growth hormone increasing the affective ness of steroids. Can anyone elaborate on the subject from there own experiences?

      From own limited experiences with Gh but used a of of other peps it doesn't really increase the efectivnes as such just another tool in the box.

      Its based on a good few things...

      AAS cycle meds being used....was it test , eq , and ananvar?
      reasons for using the hgh....size, heath, fat loss and so on
      How much you have and want to use per day
      how long you run it
      Generic Chinese or pharma

      Its a real mine field you could spend all day on pub med and be no further forward.and be even more confused with "google"

      Its a real trial and error to an extent there are lots of protocols

      I can tell you what the coach I was using suggested to me cyce wise was.....Its not huge doses but worked well....I used ghrp/grf instead of hgh due to cost but the theory is the same.

      Front load double dose of all inj on the first week...spit over 2 days mon/tue...ideal peak levels will be achieved from week 2

      Injectables
      300mg test e
      200mg tren e
      200mg masteron e

      Oral
      50mg anavar on non training days before bed
      70mg anavar on training days pre training

      Peps
      HGH training days only 6iu split 2 iu before bed 2 iu post training 2 iu before brekie ...dosing depends on quality of hgh ( like I say I used ghrps instead )
      rapid insulin training days only 4iu 15min pre workout

      Obviously the carbs / fats and proteins need to be worked around it I have the diet to go with it its pretty much the same as yours 40%p 30%f 30& carb.

      Thanks Thomas, yes answers alot of questions.
      I'll be running;
      Gram test per week
      100mg anavar per day
      3iu gh per day.

      My trainer suggested taking the gh half an hour before breakfast. Need to speak with him though as I'm not sue if he remembers I train before breakfast.

      Aware would be one to chime in here also

      He mentioned on another board to hit your GH 20 min before eating any carbs/fats

      Another theory was shooting am for fat loss and pm for bulking

      the 20-30 min thing before food is because fats and carbs blunt gh release.

      Do you train on an empty stomach mate ?

      Would also consider a small dose of rapid insulin...there is plenty of evidence abut the synergy between slin and hgh ( as long as you treat it with respect and are switched on diet wise its no where near as dangerous as people make out.

      I do yeah. Spoke to my trainer about it, he said same as you. Just gonna shoot the growth when I wake then eat after training as normal.

      I'm not opposed to slin, but it's not something I'm gonna use until later, if at all.

      training fasted ...that must be hardcore.

      I had to change my training times about a year ago from mid afternoon ( with 3 meals in me ) to 10am ( 1 meal in me) and I found it took me a good while adjust.

      you could target all your carbs around around training....fast sugars pre and during followed by a combo of fast/slow carbs post.( iirc 50g of dextrose combined with 5g of lucine creates the equivlient to a 2iu inlsin spike for better uptake) .....then fats and prot for the rest of the day.....just a suggestion?

      IIRC there may be something about eating 20-30 min after the hgh that improves absorption of nutrients ....I know people that do hgh shots then fasted cardio then breakfast

      something again IIRC hgh mobolises fat cells that can be used for energy ?


      ^^^^^^just me rambling and thinking out loud if you are paying for a trainers advice go with what he says^^^^

      My trainers good, and been around the block, just broke the raw deadlift record for the oaps. But Im not one just to listen to one guys advise. I appreciate any & all input.

      Im an early riser naturally, so training first things no problem, but I dont get up early enough to eat something & let it settle. Id had to get up at 4.30-5.00am to do that. You get used to it anyway, only time I notice is on the odd occasion I train later in the day if Ive missed in the morning, Im much stronger.

      I try to split my carbs between pwo & an evening. Carb energy in workouts is more about the previous days intake than a quick meal/shake pre-workout, in my head anyway. lol

      There are many different way to use AAS/peptides/Insulin base on what goal you are looking to achieve. I think I sound like a broken record, but all that great information is on Dats board.
